This is one of those briefs that would've just been an internal email. It would've landed in everyone's inbox and probably been buried underneath a mountain of more important emails, scanned once and forgotten about, if they were lucky.
Fortuately, we caught wind of it before it went live and convinced the client that, rather than hoping that somebody somewhere in New Scotland Yard remembered an email that's now in the bin, we could create something that would capture a bit more attention.

The solution
We designed an internal poster that would be a constant reminder of who they're looking for.
This was a crucial support role that was at the sharp end of all decisions and policy-making within the Met. What was needed was someone who had the skills to deal with everything from terrorism to TV appearances, corruption to cancelled meetings, and public order offences to paperclips.
Essentially they had to be the emergency service that the Commissioner could call on, so that they could do their job to the best of their abilities and keep London safe.
